Bookkeeping

We provide book keeping on a short term basis to cover periods of crisis or long term sickness. This includes processing of data and maintaining computerised records.

Helpline

We provide a free finance helpline for members, thanks to financial support from Bristol City Council. A telephone Helpline is in operation every Wednesday and Friday between 11.00 am and 4.00 pm. If you prefer you can write, fax or e-mail your query, which will be dealt with by the next Helpline day at the latest. We will provide access to information on any financial aspect relevant to the social economy sector, and in times of crisis we will do our utmost to provide immediate practical help and advice.

Bespoke training package tailored to your requirements. We provide staff and volunteer training including:-

• Full cost recovery

Support

Supporting new and established groups. Help and advice to groups in crisis covering all areas of financial management.
