We provide a fast, efficient complete payroll service run by friendly, helpful and competent people that is both professional and sympathetic to the needs of the voluntary sector.

We currently have over 70 organisations that use our payroll service ranging from groups with just a single part time employee to 40 plus employees.

You simply supply us with details of employees’ salaries, rates and hours then we supply you with payslips and reports, including what you need to pay Inland Revenue. In addition we deal with all statutory payments, attachment of earnings orders, P45s for leavers, year end P35 and P14/60 reports, (including online filing for a small additional charge)

All you need to do then is to pay your employees and the Inland Revenue

What to do next

If you would like us to administrate your payroll please could you complete the following forms which can all be downloaded and printed.

• BCAP membership form (if required in order to qualify for the quoted member’s rates and helpline) with cheque for £25.00 payable to B.C.A.P.
• BCAP Payroll Authority form
• BCAP Employee Details forms, one for each employee
• P46 (to use in all cases where employee does not have a P45)

If you are a new employer you will need to register with HMRC, this can be done either online following the instructions at HM Revenue & Customs: Register as an employer or by telephone on 0845 60 70 143. Please could you forward both your Employer Reference and Accounts office numbers when received from HMRC 

If you are an existing employer, please provide copies of all P11s for the current tax year and copies of any relevant paperwork such as P45, P46s coding notices etc. as well as the membership and payroll forms. Please could you also complete an employee details sheet for each employee.
